Wedding Day Management

Relax and enjoy the day knowing that all deliveries, set up and any potential mishaps are in hand!

Planning Audit

We check all your supplier bookings, timings and numbers and advise any potential shortfalls and suggest actions, providing you reassurance nothing is missed.

Final adjustments

We ensure all suppliers are contacted, double check contracts and timings and agree any last minute adjustments.

Itinerary Creation

We create a full itinerary of the day including all timings and wedding information including our contact information and delivery contacts, we then ensure every supplier has a copy of the itinerary.

On the day

We are the first to arrive and often the last to leave, we will liaise during the day with all suppliers, including catering and the venue and direct the day as required. We often also act as a master of ceremonies where required.
