We offer a no obligation consultation via phone or Skype/Botim to understand your ideas for your wedding and to discuss how we can help you achieve your wedding goals.

360 Planning Service

Our UK destination service is a Full Wedding Planning offering, whereby we match suppliers and sourcing along with complete financial and logistical management through to full coordination on the day with personal support throughout.

Always Informed

With regular Skype/Botim, text and phone catchups, working with you we create a detailed itinerary which covers not only the wedding day but also any set up and breakdown days and any pre or post wedding events.

Guest Management

We are available to manage your guest list and RSVPs and also any ceremony rehearsals or dinners.

Investment

Every wedding is unique and our pricing is therefore bespoke. As a guide for full planning, we charge 15% of the overall wedding budget, minimum fee applies

We found Vanessa and her team via google and it was a bit daunting trying to plan a destination wedding in London and actually spoke with 2 other planners before speaking with Vanessa. Once we started chatting, I just knew she was the one for us!

We got on like a house on fire and she just knew exactly what we wanted to do for our wedding and didnt try and feed us a cookie cutter version (which the other planners did). Whatever crazy weird requests we gave her, she managed to pull it off without a hitch and she always relayed the cost to us so we were never left in the dark at any stage of the planning. Its all black and white when it came to prices, timeframe and whether or not things are possible. If she couldn’t source everything, she would tell us straight away and always offered an alternative. For what she did compared to her fees, I would definately reccomend Vanessa and her team, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
